Return Policy

HOP BANANA LLC accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, HOP BANANA LLC should be contacted as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
