Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, notification will be sent regarding the approval of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the side of HOP BANANA LLC, such as a damaged or incorrect item.
If there is any issue with an order, including a missing or damaged item, customers are encouraged to contact customer support as soon as possible. HOP BANANA LLC will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
